Objective

  • To remove unnecessary fields from the download file
  • To add necessary fields to the download file
  • To order the columns in the sequence expected by The Rocket!
  • To save the file to your hard drive


Procedures

  1. Select Companies from ReferenceUSA
  2. Click View Results
  3. Sort and Select to get the list you want
  4. Click Download

  5. Select Comma Delimited file format

  6. Select Custom level of detail

  7. Remove Record Type

  8. Add the following fields from the left side

  9. Re-Order columns like this

  10. Click Download Records

  11. Re-name and save the file to your hard drive
